Report a correction
Include the full page address (URL) and quote the specific sentence, figure or table cell that is believed to be wrong, together with any supporting reference. Corrections to verifiable factual errors are applied promptly and the affected page is re-dated.
Editorial questions
Requests for clarification on a comparison method, a measurement or a recommendation are welcome. Where a question exposes a genuine gap in an article, the article is expanded rather than answered only by email.
Advertising, licensing and partnerships
Enquiries about advertising, content licensing or commercial partnerships are handled separately from editorial. Editorial coverage cannot be purchased, and no arrangement is accepted that would require a particular conclusion or a particular product to be included. Advertising format and placement are governed by the Advertising Disclosure.
Postal correspondence
